   How much are the shipping & handling charges if my order is over $100?
As you know all orders under $100 will be shipped free of charge. How about we make your life a little easy for you? It's only $5.85 for orders between $101- $149. It's $9.95 for orders over $150. Your orders are shipped 1st class unless you provide us with specific instructions to do otherwise.

    How long do I have to wait for my stuff if I'm paying by check?
If you're paying by check, we will rush your order to you as soon as we verify payment.   Please note that all checks & money orders need to be made payable to our accounts supervisor- A THOMPSON. All checks that are returned to us for insufficient funds will be assessed a $25 service fee.

    I don't live in the USA, how do I order?
All payments need to be made in U.S. currency (dollars). You should be able to get an international money order at  your local post office or a nearby bank. Please note that all checks & money orders must be made payable to our accounts supervisor- A. THOMPSON. All checks that are returned to us for insufficient funds will be assessed a $25 service fee. We will ship your order as soon as your payment is verified. If you have any questions, please feel to contact us.

   What if I want something that isn't listed on your website or catalog?
We are constantly updating our catalog. We still have a few thousand new videos to log. Sometimes items are still waiting to be processed into our database. These items won't be "officially" available until the next Real Deal Catalog comes out. These items are listed in our internal logs. Just drop us a note as to what you're looking for & we'll do our best to find it for you.

   What if I win something I can't use?
If you, for example, win tickets to a show that you can't attend due to the location, just tell us when you get our letter informing you of what you've won. We'll do our best to award you an alternate prize that you can enjoy.

   What if I need to return an item?
We'd like to make our customers happy. We are more than happy to exchange any of our items that are not in working order for a working one. We have a policy of no refunds. This is meant to deter the act of "use & return".
 

   Will my any of my personal information (address, email) be shown to anyone else?
ABSOLUTELY NOT! The information that you provide us will be kept in the strictest confidence. We do not  provide 3rd parties with your personal information. We do respect your right to privacy. We only use it to inform  you of our new & exciting offers, & to inform you if you have won something.
